Q. What is an Urgent Care Center?
A. Urgent care centers provide treatment for non-life threatening illnesses and injuries that occur on a day-day basis. They are equipped to treat the entire family including children. Most urgent care centers are open seven days a week with extended evening hours. No appointment is needed, hence the name Walk-In clinic.

Q. Do I need to make an appointment with the doctor?
A. At Atlantic Urgent care no appointment is necessary to see the doctor. We are a Walk -In quick care center, just walk right in.
Q. How long do I have to wait to be seen?
A. At Atlantic Urgent Care Waiting time is minimal , unless we are very busy, you should be seen and treated in less than 30 to 45 minutes.
Q. How much is my copay?
A. It usually depends on the insurance plan that you belong to, and often is the same as your co-pay when you visit your regular doctor.
Q. Do you treat chronic Pain?
A. Atlantic Urgent Care doesn't treat chronic pain. We do not refill prescriptions for chronic pain medication ( narcotics). If you have a chronic pain requiring treatment by a specialist please consult with your primary care physician or a pain specialist.
